4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made using the options available at checkout.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:
• Sweden: 1–3 business days
• Paris: 1–5 business days
• Nordic countries: 2–6 business days
• EU: 3–8 business days

Shipping is charged at a fixed rate, regardless of order size or weight.
The fixed shipping price is displayed clearly at checkout.

Labotanique™ is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, holidays, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:
• Unused, unaltered, and in perfect condition
• In their original packaging
• Complete with all included parts and accessories

To request a return, contact flowers@labotanique.se with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items include:
• Custom-made or personalized arrangements
• Final-sale items
• Products damaged due to improper handling or care

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at flowers@labotanique.se, including photos of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
